More than 200 attendees joined HOJF co-founders Burke and Geraldine Strunsky at their home in Temecula Valley on December 7, 20102 in celebration of the inaugural holiday benefit dinner and silent auction for abused and neglected children. Guests included Assemblyman Kevin Jeffries, and District Attorney Paul Zellerbach. Geraldine Strunsky introduced the nonprofit’s board members Janene Hogan, Jennifer Garcia, and Jennifer Gabrielli. The event raised $15k for the following children/family advocate based organizations: S.A.F.E., RCRMC FOUNDATION, RANCHO DAMACITAS, OAK GROVE,TEMECULA VALLEY PEOPLE HELPING PEOPLE and NEW BEGINNINGS GROUP HOME in Perris, California.
On Thursday evening, March 7, 2013, Mike and Henni Monteleone hosted over 100 invited guests at Monteleone Meadows in Murrieta for the launch and book signing of Riverside Deputy District Attorney Burke Strunsky’s new release,The Humanity of Justice: Lighting Even The Darkest Path of Justice. The event was a celebration of the two-year project by the author and an opportunity to present his foundation The Humanity of Justice Foundation, which he co-founded with his wife Geraldine Strunsky.
